In the ordinary way officers who have left the Colony & are drawing Salary or Leave emoluments either in the shape of Leave Salary or pension on which they contribute to them Woo Pension Fund have 4p.c of those emoluments deducted for a Bad debt in the Colony to recoup not allowed of their contributions from this fund by the favourable rate of Exchange [see Ord 26 of 1894]. Mr Lethbridge however who is (at present) in receipt of no emoluments, from the Colony & therefore asks that he may send in his contributions at the current rate of Exchange.
